I was never informed of the diagnostic procedure price until the day before I picked up my car, which was very pricey too me. All other Genesis dealers I’ve went too was only $195. I texted a day before to let them know that I would be retrieving my vehicle the next day. I offered to pay online, but I never received an invoice and I had to wait 30-40 minutes to get my car. Mckenzie Hammond was AWESOME! Customer service has went downhill, but yesterday made me think there is hope. She took great care of me and answered all of my questions since this was my very first oil change. I still had questions even though I had my genesis since Aug 2025. I appreciate her taking the time to patiently explain.
Had an appointment for an inspection. Received the most prompt, professional, and friendly greeting. Very warm and welcoming from start to finish!! I loved the aesthetics of the waiting area.

From start to finish, the service department was very efficient checking in my vehicle. Performing the multi point inspection, oil and tire rotation. Washed my vehicle, notified me of pickup and had my vehicle ready without waiting all day. I appreciate the concierge service and the people who work in there.

My first visit after purchasing my genesis HV80 was pleasant from my encounter with the McKenzie till the end of scheduled service job. I would like to let you know t since my car has been serviced my low tire pressure lights have been on saying my two back tires were at 28 (should be 36) and front two measured 30( should be 33). My husband fixed the problem. When I called to report the issue we were unable to get in contact with Alice person, only VM or text.
