I took my GV80 in for a recall and routine maintenance. The technician was on top of a dangerous situation related to my oil pan. Stivers would not let me drive the car home and were quick in getting parts and fixing the problem. I was given a loaner car which was extremely helpful. Love this place and their awesome customer service!

This was the tenth new car that I have bought in my life and it was hands down the best experience at a car dealership I have ever had. My salesman, Jacob Kennedy was extremely professional and friendly. Craig, dealership manager was also amazing. No pressure, non of the typical BS crap that you have to deal with at other car dealerships. I will recommend this dealership to everyone I know.

Working with THOMAS SANCHEZ, I bought a 2026 G80 from Genesis of Columbia. From my first phone call (I was coming from Charlotte to look at the car) through the test drive and purchase/trade negotiations the way through today (six weeks later) - Thomas and everyone else I have encountered has been professional, upfront, helpful and wonderful to deal with. Thomas has consistently stayed in touch to answer questions and offer assistance. My only regret is that I live 90 miles away so I can’t give their service department a chance too! Oh, and I love my car!!!
The purchase process was a little back and forth. Overall my salesman Carl was great even though he was assisting his co worker I originally had the appointment with. He treated me and my son with kindness.

This was a recall issue, I scheduled my appointment and was in and out within an hour. The real test comes when I have to pay for my services. So, yes I was pleased with the time I spent at the service center. Clean restrooms, drinks, snacks and a peaceful waiting area. The attendant was well versed in company procedure and was very helpful with my questions.

Genesis provided a really nice vehicle I could use at home while they serviced my GV80. Their driver arrived early and was very pleasant. My car was returned later the same afternoon and had been cleaned for me. Great service!
Mike Bowers is excellent!! I went to the dealership on a Saturday, he covered the features of the car, allowed me to test drive and discussed my options. They didn’t have the color that I wanted, but thankfully he located the one I wanted in TN. It was delivered the next day and the rest is history. I loved the entire experience. I was never informed of the diagnostic procedure price until the day before I picked up my car, which was very pricey too me. All other Genesis dealers I’ve went too was only $195. I texted a day before to let them know that I would be retrieving my vehicle the next day. I offered to pay online, but I never received an invoice and I had to wait 30-40 minutes to get my car. Mckenzie Hammond was AWESOME! Customer service has went downhill, but yesterday made me think there is hope. She took great care of me and answered all of my questions since this was my very first oil change. I still had questions even though I had my genesis since Aug 2025.
